Our Story

2017, one of our founders, Cecilia, bacame the management trainee of Banyan Tree Phuket, Thailand after she graduated from a top hospitality college in Swizerland and finished her intern in UAE. The beautiful scenery and mysterious culture left a deep impression on her, and then she found business opportunities in tourism and accommodation rental.
Another founder, Jemery, met a soul mate from Thailand at an international police forum when he was young. Eventually he moved to Bangkok and started his tourism business.
Although they all have their own wonderful stories, they all stayed on this land by chance. This is where Thai Exclusive started.

The space

This is a 3 bedroom apartment:
– 1 King-size bed in Master bedroom
– 1 Queen-size in 2nd bedroom
– 1 Queen-size bed in 3rd bedroom.

Other things to note

– The price is for the whole property for 1 night(Not for per person). 6 people maxium check-in with this price.
– There is 2000THB cleaning fee per reservation. Cleaning fee only include the cleaning service before check-in and after check-out. If you need additional service with extra fee, pls contact host to arrange.
– Daily free electricity and water quota is 20 degree/day. It is totally enough if you turn off the A/C and lights when you leave and keep the windows closed using A/C. Over-usage will be charged by 5 THB/degree according to Phuket electricity policy.
– Please take out shoes once enter apartment.
– Smoking is strictly forbidden. If we found guest smoked in condo, 5000 Thai baht fine will be charged. However, you can smoke on balcony.
– Please keep quiet after 22:00.
