This is a 3 bedroom with 4 beds villa:
– 1 King-size bed in Master bedroom
– 1 King-size bed in 2nd bedroom
– 1 Queen-size bed in 3rd bedroom.
– 1 large sofa bed in living room ( Additional charge )

– The price is for the whole property for 1 night(Not for per person). 6 people maxium check-in with this price.
– There is 2000THB cleaning fee per reservation. Cleaning fee only include the cleaning service before check-in and after check-out. If you need additional service with extra fee, pls contact host to arrange.
– Daily free electricity and water quota is 30 degree/day. It is totally enough if you turn off the A/C and lights when you leave and keep the windows closed using A/C. Over-usage will be charged by 7 THB/degree according to Phuket electricity policy.
– Please take out shoes once enter apartment.
– Smoking is strictly forbidden. If we found guest smoked in condo, 5000 Thai baht fine will be charged. However, you can smoke on courtyard or any place without a roof.
– Please keep quiet after 22:00.
